The round started on Friday as Stephanie Madden may prove to be a key midseason addition for Keltern as she led them to an 83-74 win over Donau-Ries. Osnabruck finally showed signs of life by shocking Halle 91-81. Jasmine Thomas led the way in the win as they had to withstand another set of tremendous performances by Aliaksandra Tarasava and Kristen McCarthy. Herner used an exceptionally balanced scoring effort to beat Freiburg 89-68. Saarlouis stays in second place as Amanda Dowe led them to an 86-83 win over Finja Schaake and Marburg. In a game that could be critical in determining who will exit the league, Oberhausen beat Chemnitz 65-54. Wasserburg continues to roll through the league after a 76-65 win over Rotenburg, which only had 5 available players for the game. Marlou De Kleijn and Soana Lucet were helped by a Shey Peddy triple-double while Margret Skuballa and Angela Rodriguez tried to carry the scoring load in the loss.
