Quarterfinals:
April 15, 2022
Each series concluded on Friday, starting with Venezia building on their narrow lead early only to have the game kept close even though they did not trail, winning 60-57 to get past Campobasso 135-128. Schio had an overwhelming lead from the first game and coasted early, but did win this game outright as well 76-67 to advance 162-123 over San Martino di Lupari after controlling the second half. Lucca was the team that was trailing ahead of hosting and they went to work early on cutting the deficit and it looked like they would do enough late to flip the aggregate in their favor, but Asia Taylor helped Ragusa only lose 60-53 to allow them to progress 128-123. Bologna had the biggest lead going in the second games and they mostly coasted against Costa Masnaga, winning 61-52 to push the final margin to 157-112.
