A full midweek round started Tuesday with Alexis Prince and Elina Babkina helping Cankaya University to an easy 84-51 win over Elazig. After a close recent confrontation, Cukurova rolled to a 94-63 win over Orman with Sinem Atas firing away from outside. With the team shorthanded, Kaela Davis took the lead for Galatasaray against Erica McCall and their neighbors Besiktas, winning 72-65. Wednesday’s games began with two teams looking to avoid the second drop spot and it was G’mrice Davis and Antalya that edged Viktoria Mircheva and Izmit 71-69. Hatay got a good win in their chase for the playoffs by getting past Alaina Coates and Nesibe 76-71. Fenerbahce rolled past Kayseri 96-58. Victoria Macaulay led Bursa, but their slump continued with a 98-60 loss to Botas.
