One series started on Sunday with the rest scheduled for Monday. Brianna Fraser and Sepsi took care of business in Sfantu Gheorghe 83-45 as the teams have a short turnaround before going to Cluj-Napoca. The first game on Monday was Constanta’s 69-52 win over Alexandria. Tereza Vitulova and Arad got the 84-48 palindrome win over Targu Mures. Satu Mare was expected to be the team with the best shot at a title upset, but a good game from Miljana Dzombeta was not enough as they were surprised by Targu Secuiesc 71-65.
