Upper Group:

The extra round-robin in this group finished on Thursday, starting with Victoria Vivians returning for Maccabi Ashdod in a 78-57 win over Khadijiah Cave and Hapoel Petah Tikva.  In the battle for the top spot, Maccabi Haifa took care of business against N’dea Jones and a shorthanded Ramat Hasharon team 95-85 behind Shahd Abboud and Bernice Mosby.  That was almost enough, but Jennie Simms and Hapoel Rishon Lezion fought back late to match them with a 68-67 win over Elitzur Ramla.
