The quarterfinals started with three games on Tuesday. Riga had thought that they were eliminated from the competition only to get one of the spots that opened up, but there was no upset to be had in the first game as they fell to Fenerbahce 77-56. USK Praha was given homecourt advantage as a result of the change in teams, but they found themselves with their hands full against Schio, before rallying late to prevail 72-70. Sopron won their opener against Lattes Montpellier 60-42. The other team that was added back to the competition was Girona, which faced their league rivals Avenida on Wednesday and lost 77-63.
