Group A:

The last round of the year started on Monday in Ekaterinburg with the hosts using balance in a 108-53 win over Lattes Montpellier.  One game could not be played on Tuesday, but the other two went on as scheduled.  Ieva Pulvere and Riga won 68-61 at MBA to get the edge in the battle for the consolation of dropping into EuroCup.  Maria Conde returned for USK Praha as they kept Szekszard winless 89-51.

Group B:

All the games in this group were on Tuesday, starting with Marianna Tolo and Landes falling behind the other teams trying to avoid elimination with a 75-57 loss to Natasha Howard and Dynamo Kursk.  Battling at the top of the standing, Fenerbahce won 78-57 over Girona.  Gdynia is unlikely to compete further after this round, but they still have plenty of spoiler potential that they showed in holding off Tina Krajisnik and shorthanded Galatasaray 76-75.  The last game of the day saw Schio force overtime and then prevail 71-70 over Sopron.
