Marburg just fended off a late charge from Osnabruck for a 71-70 win. Samantha Roscoe led Hannover past Barbora Kasparkova and Halle 73-64. Keltern beat Donau-Ries 71-51. Herner edged Heidelberg 66-64. Christa Reed led a comeback and Mirna Paunovic played her first game after turning 45 and Freiburg got past Jennifer Crowder and Gottingen 74-70. Rheinland’s dream start continued with a 69-64 win at Wasserburg.
