Group B:
Argentina was not able to field enough players to meet the minimum requirement so they were withdrawn from the tournament. That meant that the rest of the teams in this group were advancing to the quarterfinals automatically, but the last game of the day did determine group placement for the bottom two teams as they looked for their first wins. It ended up being Venezuela that prevailed 77-66 over the Dominican Republic. All teams will get a day of rest on Wednesday before the critical quarterfinals on Thursday.
