After a regular season with games mostly spaced out, the traditional playoff format with back to back games at the same site resumed on Saturday. Borislava Hristova and Shatori Walker-Kimbrough helped Gorzow move within a game of the next round, this time beating Poznan 92-71. Sunday’s games started with Artemis Spanou leading Gdynia to a 92-58 win over Zaglebie Sosnowiec to also move into position for a sweep. Lublin bounced back with a 62-59 win to force a pair of games in Bydgoszcz next weekend. Jazmine Davis tried to keep the Gdansk University of Technology in the series against Polkowice, but an 89-71 loss left them in a hole.
