The second to last round of games was played on Thursday. Maccabi Ramat Hen missed a chance to finish with a firm lead after losing to Hapoel Ironi Rishon Lezion 68-66. A finals rematch saw Crystal Bradford and Maccabi Ashdod pull ahead of Elitzur Ramla after a 66-64 win. At the bottom of the standings, Elitzur Holon pulled even with Ramat Hasharon after a 90-80 win.

The two teams that started at the top of this group have struggled, but good games from Kristen Simon and Meighan Simmons for Maccabi Raanana were not enough as Maccabi Haifa won 68-67 to hold the lead heading into the final round. Hapoel Petah Tikva has been nearly unstoppable in this stage as Monique Reid led them past Herzliya 80-69.
