One series concluded on Tuesday as 2 seed Valencia quickly overturned the deficit from the first game worked on stifling 15 seed Enisey with a 64-49 win being enough to advance 119-109. The first game on Wednesday saw 11 seed Olympiacos hold on to their lead early, but Arike Ogunbowale and 6 seed Orman dominated the fourth quarter, overturning the remaining deficit with an 83-59 win and then stretching the final margin to 147-131. 8 seed Hatay had a deficit to work back from and got to work early but 9 seed Spartak Moscow kept it close and great games from Hind Ben Abdelkader and Haley Peters did get the hosts a 77-70 win with a late rally, but they still lost 160-148 on aggregate. 5 seed MBA Moscow made some progress on their deficit early, but Maria Conde and Polkowice held on to their substantial lead and the game ended in an 82-all tie to give the 12 seed the 165-142 overall advantage. 7 seed Szekszard looked in good shape after the first quarter, but 10 seed Gernika pushed the margin back behind Blake Dietrick and while good games from Ivana Dojkic and Erica McCall got the hosts a 79-75 win, the visitors still progressed by a 166-152 margin. 3 seed Landes was systematic in overturning their deficit, beating 19 seed Sedis 81-50 to flip the margin in their favor 131-114. Yvonne Anderson and 20 seed Besiktas faced a tough task after losing at home, but chipped into the margin early before Endy Miyem and Carolo won 86-72 and extended their overall lead to 178-148. Top seed Avenida also brought lead home and Jewell Loyd helped them win again, this time 80-67 to eliminated Brianna Kiesel and 16 seed Bydgoszcz 158-131
