American Olympic Qualification Day 2 November 16th

Group A:

The second day in Edmonton started with Anisleidy Galindo and Cuba beating Sugeiry Monsac and the Dominican Republic 70-68 to stay in the picture.  The last game of the day ended up being a great one as hosts Canada got a tremendous fight from Jennifer O’Neill and Puerto Rico, but Nayo Raincock-Ekunwe helped them win 84-80.  They advanced and will be joined by the winner of Puerto Rico-Cuba.

In Bahia Blanca, Brazil put themselves in position to advance with a 61-33 win over Colombia.  The United States had no issues defeating hosts Argentina 91-34.
