Sunday’s games would see the winners to the next round and the losers have their Olympic dreams dashed.  The first game went as expected with Nigeria beating Meiya Tirera and Mali 74-59.  Mozambique took a lead in the second game and then used the support of the home fans to surprise Senegal 56-49.
