After delays due to various issues, Wisla Krakow played their first game of the season on Saturday, shaking off a slow start to beat Bydgoszcz 65-61 as Krystal Vaughn led the way and Kadri-Ann Lass made her professional debut. On Sunday, Britney Jones led Sleza Wroclaw past Poznan 76-43. Widzew Lodz breezed past the University of Gdansk 84-59. Jenna Smith led the Gdansk University of Technology past Torun 83-74. Alexis Peterson and Lublin won 90-85 in a thriller against Kahleah Copper and Gorzow. A game that was supposed to be close did not end up that way as Gdynia avenged their finals defeat with an 85-56 dismantling of Polkowice behind Maryia Papova.
