Quarterfinals:

Only one series needed a deciding game and it was played on Wednesday.  Gyor looked for the upset again and had an excellent start, fending off Szekszard’s last charge to win 65-60 behind Reshanda Gray.  After a season with turmoil, the visitors took a step towards restoring their status as contenders, ensuring that there will not be another repeat matchup in the finals.

Playout:

Games continued on Wednesday with Vasas staying in the lead after an 88-50 win over Pecsi.  BEAC is still right behind them after beating MTK 72-52.
