All four series started on Wednesday. Top seed Lyon got a key player back, but still had a tough time putting Tarbes away before winning 75-70. Katherine Plouffe and Bourges looked solid in a 91-75 win over Kariata Diaby and Landerneau. Lattes Montpellier shook off some of the disappointment from losing in continental competition to beat Landes 83-73. Sara Chevaugeon and Charleville also welcomed back a key player as they overcame a sluggish start to beat Roche 81-63. The lower seeds will look to bounce back when they get to host on Saturday.
