All four quarterfinal games were played on Thursday. Jaime Nared and Allison Hightower helped Elitzur Ramla beat Hapoel Petah Tikva 77-66. Adut Bulgak led Maccabi Ramat Hen, but it was the domestic players that made the difference for Maccabi Ramat Hen in a 75-70 win as Jordan Hooper and Shae Kelley had big games for Elitzur Holon. Hapoel Ironi Rishon Lezion edged past May Dayan and Maccabi Raanana. Ramat Hasharon finally had a full complement of foreigners, but it ended up being Drew Edelman who had the best game for them as they lost to Crystal Bradford, Shavonte Zellous, and Herzliya.
