The first of the two games series started last month with a tie game as Piestanske Cajky hosted Tsmoki and ended the first leg all even at 55. On February 2nd, Katerina Zohnova and Petra Zaplatova helped Brno beat Umea with surprising ease 97-63. On the 10th, Eleonora Oleynikova and Anna Zaitseva helped Southern Federal University control the second half to come back and beat Precious Hall and Lulea 82-74 to leave the series in a tight position for the next game. Other competitions made it difficult for TTT Riga to fit in its games for this round, but they were able to do so on back-to-back days starting on the 27th, beating Olimpia Grodno 97-71 behind Kristine Vitola.
