All teams played on Friday, starting in Adelaide as Lauren Nicholson led the hosts past Tahlia Tupaea and Sydney 110-61. Kelsey Griffin and Kia Nurse were quite efficient in Canberra’s 102-62 win over Bendigo. It was much closer in the game between playoff teams as Melbourne’s strong second half got them past Perth 64-59. The two teams outside the playoffs also had a good game as Bec Cole led Dandenong past Townsville 77-72. On Sunday, Asia Taylor and Perth did just enough late to escape Bendigo 68-66. Bec Cole paced Dandenong again, this time past Sydney 85-60.
