Games in this round were all on Sunday in following the custom. Venezia remained undefeated with an 82-48 win over Battipaglia. Napoli got a challenge from Feyonda Fitzgerald and Vigarano, but won 73-67. Julie Wojta and Broni are the surprise story of the early season as they edged Ty Marshall and San Martino di Lupari 75-74. The battle between former title contenders did not quite live up to past billing as Schio beat Lucca 63-42. Taya Reimer had a good game for Torino, but Sesto San Giovanni’s duo of Brooque Williams and Virginia Galbiati got them the 98-65 win. The day ended with Dearica Hamby and Jessica Kuster powering Ragusa past Empoli 82-64.
