This round had half of its games on Friday and the other half on Sunday. Dandenong beat Bendigo 83-62. It was much closer for Townsville, which needed a big game from Suzy Batkovic to beat Adelaide 79-77. Lindsay Allen led Melbourne past Asia Taylor and Perth 89-69 in a game that leaves everyone with plenty to think about at the top of the standings. She was the scoring leader again when the Boomers completed a successful weekend with a 79-75 win over Townsville. Kelsey Griffin helped Canberra take control early as they beat Dandenong 77-65. Sydney chased a win again, but Bendigo prevailed 67-55 to end the round.
