Group A:

Vita of the Democratic Republic of Congo was the last team to make their debut as they fell to Rosemira Daniel and Inter 89-39.  Hosts Ferroviario closed the day with a 71-49 win over Force Armee et Police.

Sunday started with I.N.S.S. of the Democratic Republic of Congo starting their tournament with a 71-51, win over MB2ALL.  Jamila Nansikombi had a good game for Kenya Ports Authority, but Ginette Mfutila Makiese and First Bank had too much depth in a 95-71 win.
