With so many competitions in play, a partial round of games started the first week of action in Hungary. A game from Round 8 was brought forward to Friday to start the season. Szekszard cruised past Pecsi 82-55 as they are still looking for their strong regular season play to pay off in the postseason. Sunday’s games started with Reshanda Gray leading Gyor past Vasas 90-75 as Lexie Brown made her overseas debut. Amanda Zahui B and Sopron beat Cegled 96-53 as they gear up to try to replicate last season. The round continued on Wednesday as Szekszard fended off feisty, but shorthanded PEAC 55-50. In Miskolc, DVTK beat ZTE 67-50.
