Only one series did not end in a sweep and it was decided on Monday. Hatay recovered well after a poor start to the series, building a big halftime lead on their way to a 64-56 win over Mersin. They will get the chance to show that they are a legitimate contender starting on Thursday when they host Fenerbahce. The other series between Yakin Dogu University and Cukurova starts on Wednesday.
