Play Out:
April 8, 2018
The two bottom teams will play a five game series to determine which team will be at risk of the drop. Vigarano finished second to last so they have the home court advantage with games scheduled for five consecutive Sundays. Battipaglia struck first as Marida Orazzo helped them start fast, letting them fend off Benedetta Bagnara and the hosts 67-63. The teams will switch venues for next week’s game.
