The series between the old rivals started on Tuesday. It was all Sopron as they won 80-55 as the look to build momentum for some big upcoming games. Gyor were left trying to fend them off to make them play more before their attention turns elsewhere. The other series started on Saturday as they had to wait for ZTE to qualify, but Szekszard took an early lead on their way to a 77-65 win.

The consolation playoffs started with an exciting game on Tuesday as it took overtime for Cegled to beat Pecs 82-78. Dora Nagy and DVTK shook off the disappointment of falling out of championship contention on Saturday, pounding Pecsi 85-51 in Miskolc.
