The playdowns started on Wednesday with the two teams in the biggest trouble getting a chance to close the gap immediately. Danielle McCray led Roche, but Lisa Berkani and Mondeville left with a 74-69 win. It was a similar story for Nice, which got a great game from Kendall Cooper, but Hainaut got the 76-73 win and it will be tough for either team to catch up now down three games.
