Bornova was officially removed from the league and their prior games were stricken from the record. That left one spot in the drop zone and the critical game was on Saturday. Courtney Williams led Adana Aski again, but Istanbul University got an unexpected boost from Ilayda Guner, winning 71-62 and jumping above the hosts into a safe spot. Jasmine Thomas led Orman, but Hatay maintained their position with an 85-75 win. A game that is going to be critical for playoff placement went to Cukurova 75-54 as Galatasaray still appears to be in disarray. Abdullah Gul University still looks to be in position for the playoffs after a 74-63 win over Samsun. On Sunday, Bria Hartley and Mersin nearly managed to catch Yakin Dogu University off guard, but the visitors did enough in the second half to win 58-56. Kia Vaughn and Fenerbahce only have one front to focus on now and they took out some frustrations on Botas 86-56.
