The round started on Wednesday with Queralt Casas and Landes beating Mondeville 75-55. Bourges rather decisively showed Lyon that they were not ready to compete for the title yet as they stifled them 63-41. On Saturday, Angie Bjorklun and Tarbes beat Nantes 74-56. Charleville got a leg up on the race for second place with a 63-55 win over Villeneuve. Danielle McCray and Roche dropped a heartbreaker to Laura Garcia, Ashley Bruner, and Hainaut as they missed the chance to pull out of the cellar and tighten up the race against the drop. Courtney Hurt and Lattes Montpellier beat Isabelle Strunc and Nice 79-59.
