There was only one game on Saturday after the international break as Zaglebie Sosnowiec beat Poznan 80-66. Sunday’s games included Sleza’s 82-63 win over Ostrovia in Wroclaw. Torun edged Siedlce 61-59. Kahleah Copper’s latest brilliant effort was not enough for Gdynia as Bydgoszcz used the trio of Jennifer O’Neill, DeNesha Stallworth, and Dragana Stankovic to prevail 92-85 in overtime. Polkowice is in the midst of retooling their roster for the stretch run and had a solid start in Krakow with a 69-64 win over Leonor Rodriguez and Wisla behind Temi Fagbenle. The day ended with Dajana Butulija firing Lublin past Gorzow 77-66.
