The national team break was just what Ujbuda needed as they rallied and beat Pecsi 68-62 to record their first win of the season. The rest of the games were on Wednesday to maximize the length of the break. Szekszard’s first loss came in completely unexpected fashion as they lost 68-57 to Nadia Parker and ZTE. Gyor won 74-64 at Pecs. The long-awaited professional debut of Alaina Coates came in Sopron’s 88-53 win over MTK as the hosts also got their most important player back from injury. Cegled beat Vasas 88-77.
