Allie Quigley and Galatasaray were the latest team to have an easy time with Bornova, winning 97-44. Chelsea Gray and Botas came up short against Hatay 67-58. A battle of university-sponsored teams went to Abdullah Gul University 69-63 over Istanbul University. On Sunday, Erica Wheeler and Besiktas beat Samsun 70-66. Giorgia Sottana had a promising debut for Fenerbahce, but it was Mersin knocking them out of the tie for first place 78-73.
