A pair of games started the round on Saturday. Chelsea Gray led Botas to a 78-69 win, ending Fenerbahce’s run as the last unbeaten. The expected combination of Diamond DeShields and Alina Iagupova paced Cukurova, but Galatasaray’s duo of Isil Alben and Gintare Petronyte helped them escape with a 79-78 win. On Sunday, Marianna Tolo and Abdullah Gul University escaped Samsun 67-65. Yakin Dogu University ended the round in first place as Kayla McBride and Courtney Vandersloot led them past Mersin 89-75. A battle between teams in the danger zone saw Claudia Pop put in a monster effort for Istanbul University, but the duo of Odyssey Sims and Kamile Nacickaite got Adana Aski the 94-83 win. Iva Perovanovic and Besiktas beat Bornova 92-55. Hind Ben Abdelkader fired Hatay past Orman 100-70.
