This stage of the competition involved teams playing two more games each. The four teams in Izmir had their games spread over four days. On Friday, Good Angels Kosice beat hosts Bornova 86-58. Good Angels Kosice completed this stage with another win on Saturday, beating Adrienne Motley and Lulea 68-55. Roneeka Hodges and Al-Riyadi returned to action on Sunday with their powerful roster and beat Lulea 90-67. Lama Moukaddem and Al-Riyadi also won on Monday 98-70 as Bornova had their second game after fitting in a domestic league game, with Lorena Molnar and Sam Lubcke not able to carry their team to a win.

Shenita Landry and the hosts survived great games from Marlou De Kleijn and Laura Westerik for FSG to win 82-79. De Kleijn and Westerik tried to carry FSG again on Sunday, but Marina Ivashchanka and Liepajas won 95-82. Host Kibirkstis beat Horizont 70-56.
