There was only one game on Saturday as Basque Country rivals squared off with Araski beating Gernika 73-62, although the visitors got a promising debut from their newest player.  The rest of the games were played on Sunday.  Adaora Elonu and Avenida beat Zamarat 88-50.  Estudiantes got a good game from Celia Menendez, but it was not enough to get their first win because Alexis Jones led Al-Qazeres to an 87-75 win.  Sant Adria used superior depth to beat Shacobia Barbee and Zaragoza 75-69.  Girona is still lurking behind the leader after a 74-52 win over Promete, which did make a roster move over the break that could help them avoid relegation.  Brittany Brown and Jovana Pasic teamed up for Bembibre as they held off Caitlyn Ramirez and Sedis 85-79.  Beatriz Sanchez and Ferrol ended the day with a 71-61 win over Jillian Alleyne and Gipuzkoa.
