Group A:

Both of the games in this group were played on Thursday, with differing amounts at stake.  Gorzow ended their tournament on a winning note, slamming the door on any hopes that Besiktas had of advancing 71-65.  TTT Riga fended off Stella Kaltsidou and Olympiacos 74-70 to remain undefeated and position themselves for a strong seed in the upcoming knockout rounds.

Group B:

Already-eliminated Ruzomberok did not take it easy on Wednesday, fighting their national rivals Good Angels Kosice to the end before losing 59-56 in overtime.  There was plenty of drama on Thursday in Krasnoyarsk as Enisey used a furious late really to beat Marica Gajic and Mersin, securing passage for both teams after all results were decided.

Group C:

Both games in this group had plenty of the line for each of the teams.  On Wednesday, Bydgoszcz beat Spartak Moscow 69-58.  On Thursday, MBA nearly wasted an incredible start in Umea, but got the 71-68 win to eventually allow both teams to advance.

Both games in this group were played on Thursday with all the teams still looking for wins.  Sepsi needed a win to stay alive and they did so in Sfantu Gheorghe 64-57 against Piestanske Cajky.  They then needed a result in the other game to go their way, which Hind Ben Abdelkader delivered as she led Hatay to a perfect record with a 66-58 win over Torun.

Group E:

Both games in this group were played on Thursday with different goals at stake.  Sleza Wroclaw finished undefeated with a 95-55 win over Ilayda Guner and Istanbul University.  The other game was a straight playoff for the last spot to advance from the group.  It was dramatic, but Gdynia’s second half comeback at home thanks to Kahleah Copper’s latest brilliant effort allowed them to edge Marianna Tolo and Abdullah Gul University 58-57 and knock out the last runners up in this competition.

On Wednesday in Charleville, the hosts completed an undefeated group stage with an 82-46 win over Pecs.  On Thursday, DVTK avoided any potential tiebreaker issues and improved their seeding with a 72-63 win over Schaquilla Nunn and Keltern.

Group I:

A rare Tuesday game started the final week of games in the group stage.  Reyer finished as the first undefeated team of this phase with a 76-51 win at KP Brno.  The Wednesday game in Wasserburg was a straight playoff for second place and it was the hosts advancing past Noemie Mayombo and Fribourg 75-58.  Fribourg had to wait until the next day, but it had kept scores close enough to grab the last spot for a third place team.

The two French teams battled on Friday, with Nantes attempting to play the spoiler after a 63-50 win at Saint-Amand.  Namur was playing for seeding on Thursday, but Gyor knew that they needed a result to advance and they escaped 63-62 to take secure their place.
