The draw for qualifiers for EuroBasket 2019 was conducted on Tuesday. The teams were divided into eight groups of four with the top team in each group and the six best runners up joining co-hosts Serbia and Latvia in the tournament. As was the case in the last set of qualifiers, these games will be played in the middle of club seasons in 2017 and 2018. Groups D and H are the only ones that have only one team that played in EuroBasket 2017 while the other six groups will have two teams looking to return to the tournament. Luxembourg will not participate after being part of the 2017 process, but Macedonia will take part.

B: Estonia, Poland, Belarus, Turkey
C: Albania, Lithuania, Hungary, Russia
D: Portugal, Great Britain, Israel, Greece
E: Finland, Romania, Slovenia, France
F: Bulgaria, Netherlands, Ukraine, Spain
G: Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Belgium
H: Macedonia, Croatia, Sweden, Italy
