Quarterfinals:
Most of the series started on Tuesday. Venezia struck first against Napoli 66-49. Schio had no issues with Vigarano as the top seed won 89-42. Lucca also cruised, rolling past Broni 85-35. The other intriguing series started on Wednesday. Egle Sulciute and San Martino di Lupari played well again, but Ragusa may have shown more of its pedigree as Erlana Larkins and Astou Ndour helped them hold on to an 82-81 win. The series continue this weekend as sweeps seem likely.
