The top two teams were off due to a European game, but the rest of the teams had a lot to play for. Saturday started with an overtime thriller as Zamarat may have sealed safety by edging Zaragoza 72-69. Tirera Meiya and Sedis escaped Maria Pina and Gernika 71-69. Araski beat Al-Qazeres 67-59 to aid their own playoff chase. Gran Canaria looks to be in trouble again after losing 52-48 to Shacobia Barbee and Ferrol. Elina Babkina has played well for C.R.E.F. since her addition, but it looks to be too late for them as well after an 81-70 loss to Gipuzkoa. On Sunday, Promete beat Vega Gimeno and Bembibre 74-66.
