On Saturday, Avenida got a challenge from Al-Qazeres, but kept their win streak going 61-55.  Beatriz Sanchez and Ferrol edged Araski 72-70.  Chanel Mokango led Gernika to a 77-66 win at Bembibre.  C.R.E.F. suffered a setback in their quest for safety after a 70-59 loss to Sedis.  On Sunday, Mariam Coulibaly and Gran Canaria were in position to get a big win in Zaragoza, but let the hosts come back and force overtime and then win 88-83.  Katarina Tetemondova and Roneeka Hodges led the hosts.  Zamarat is not feeling safe yet after a 72-66 loss to Nadia Gomes Colhado and Gipuzkoa.  Girona needed a big comeback at home to beat Nicole Romeo and Promete 87-74.
