Three of the quarterfinals series started on Saturday with the other one tipping off on Saturday.  Being the top seed did not help Sleza Wroclaw as they fell to Gdynia 79-74 in overtime.  An even more surprising result came in Krakow, where Hind Ben Abdelkader and Wisla lost to Lublin 66-61.  One home team did win as Gorzow fended off young Raisa Musina and Polkowice to win 84-82.  The last series started on Sunday with Torun coming back to beat Bydgoszcz 75-67 behind Darxia Morris.
