It was a light schedule on Saturday in this round. Abdullah Gul University needed a comeback to edge Adana Aski at home 61-60. Yakin Dogu University beat an increasingly panicky MBK Dogus Hastanesi 70-34. Sasa Cado and Istanbul University made it a clean sweep for the university-sponsored teams as they beat Rebekah Gardner and Osmaniye 75-64. Sunday was filled with close games, including Odyssey Sims leading Botas past Galatasaray 77-74. Cappie Pondexter tried to carry Girne University again, but they fell short to Mersin 74-69, creating an even wider division between the teams that should be safe and working on playoff positioning and the teams that are in the danger zone. Natalie Hurst and Hatay had a tough test at Canik, but managed to overcome Shay Murphy and the cellar dwellers 59-57. Besiktas came back in the fourth quarter to stun their Istanbul rivals 62-60, pulling Allie Quigley-led Fenerbahce back towards the rest of the standings.
