Group A:

This group continues to be the more clear one as all games were played on Wednesday this week.  Schio failed to take advantage of their schedule as they handed Mersin their first win 65-61 despite the best efforts of Laura Macchi in Turkey.  Angel McCoughtry and Dynamo Kursk needed to storm back at home to avoid their first defeat and beat Fenerbahce 86-79, but the visitors are still in position to move on to the next round.  Vanessa Gidden and Wisla made it difficult for any of the bottom teams to catch them after a 66-47 win over Gyor in Krakow.  In Lattes, the hosts could have put themselves in excellent position to grab the final quarterfinals place, but a poor start against USK Praha left them short 58-55.
