On Saturday, Istanbul University needed a team effort with big games from Sasa Cado and Aija Putnina to beat Alex Bentley and Adana Aski 82-75. Riquna Williams led Osmaniye past Girne University 75-60 in a battle of teams looking to move out of the bottom part of the standings. Galatasaray beat MBK Dogus Hastanesi 76-66. Shavonte Zellous and surging Besiktas beat Mersin 68-54. On Sunday, Fenerbahce relied heavily on their quartet of foreigners to beat Yakin Dogu University 76-64 and create some space at the top of the standings. Abdullah Gul University stayed above the rest of the teams in the playoff places with a 65-60 win over Canik. The weekend ended with Natalie Hurst and Hatay edging Botas 71-70.
