The second leg of each series was played on Sunday with scores combined to determine a winner. Targu Mures had no issues winning 87-73 against Iasi, adding to their margin from the first game for 182-134 overall win. Anamaria Ciotir and Ka-Deidre Simmons led the visitors as they played the same five players for the entire game. Cluj-Napoca went ahead and won 60-51 on the road at Arad to make sure that they would advance 140-118. Brasov had a big deficit from the first game, but KK Houser and Biljana Pesovic went to work in front of their home fans to beat Chastity Reed and Satu Mare 84-63, which moved the margin into their favor 144-141. Alexandria also saw a reasonable first game lead dissipate as Romina Filip and Shanice Steenholdt led Galati to the 90-64 win, flipping the overall score to 160-142 to advance.
