The quarterfinals were all played on Sunday as the teams who finished the first half in the top third of the standings entered the competition by hosting after getting a bye in the last round. Lucca struggled with Torino for three quarters, but Julie Wojta led them to a 78-62 win after a dominating final frame. Ashley Walker and Venezia had no issues with Broni, winning 78-43. Reshanda Gray had a good game for Napoli, but Schio was able to neutralize the rest of the team 86-54. Only one visiting team advanced as Erlana Larkins crashed the boards in her debut for Ragusa in their 73-68 win over league surprises San Martino di Lupari.
