A partial round of games was played on Thursday. Atonye Nyingifa continues to be one of the top post players in the league as she led Elitzur Holon past Hapoel Petah Tikva 69-50. Kim Demmings and Hapoel Zikhron put up a credible fight against Maccabi Ramat Hen, but the scoring combination of Bria Holmes and Danielle Adams helped the visitors take home the 86-69 win. The final game of the day saw each team debut a new import as Erica Wheeler debuted for Maccabi Ashdod and Imani Boyette made her overseas debut for Bnot Herzliya. The visitors managed to stay in the game with Tayler Hill’s scoring, but Shay Doron and Maccabi Ashdod did just enough to get the 82-78 win and keep pace with the top of the standings.
