The round names continue to be a misnomer as ten teams played and three teams received a bye in this round. On Tuesday, Angers edged Nice 57-52. The close games continued on Wednesday with Lyon edging Hainaut 65-62. Mondeville needed brilliance from Marieme Badiane to survive Nantes 78-76 in overtime. Katherine Plouffe had a good game for the visitors, but still lost to her sister even with help from Margret Skuballa in the battle of two teams using Canadians to fill their foreign player slots. Cierra Bravard and Landes won 72-63 at Tarbes. Charleville eliminated the only remaining lower division team, Aulnoye, 80-42
