Gran Canaria continues to struggle losing 70-57 on Saturday to a Gipuzkoa team that welcomed another key piece.  Bembibre lost 67-61 to C.R.E.F. despite the best efforts of Rita Montenegro.  Al-Qazeres beat Ferrol 62-48 then Sedis closed the day by beating Zamarat 74-58.  The traditional early Sunday slot for Zaragoza yielded a 65-63 win for the hosts against Margaret Roundtree and Araski.  A game with major implications at the top of the standings in Girona ended 59-55 in favor of the hosts, who remain unbeaten ahead of Gernika.  Lurking in second place is Avenida, which got a big game from Erica Wheeler to beat Promete 79-61.
